installing hinterland for jupyter without anaconda

STEP 1: Open cmd prompt and run the following commands
 1) pip install jupyter_contrib_nbextensions
 2) pip install jupyter_nbextensions_configurator
 3) jupyter contrib nbextension install --user 
 4) jupyter nbextensions_configurator enable --user

STEP 3: Open jupyter notebook
 - click on nbextensions tab
 - unckeck disable configuration for nbextensions without explicit compatibility
 - put a check on Hinterland
step 3: Open new python file and check autocomplete featureconda install -c conda-forge jupyter_contrib_nbextensions
jupyter contrib nbextension install --user
